This two-channel Ultra160 Adaptec SCSI RAID solution features a true 64- bit/66MHz 80303 microprocessor with a Battery Backup Module option, and is ideal for users requiring a high-performance RAID solution where performance is paramount but cost is a consideration.
Includes card, (1) 5-position 68-pin LVD internal cable with terminator,
software and documentation.
- Based on Ultra160 SCSI technology this family of cards delivers industry leading performance with data transfer rates up to 160 Mbyte/sec per channel. This two channel card has a combined data transfer rate of up to 320MB/sec and support for up to 30 disk drives.
- The 3210S card delivers complete support for advanced RAID features such as online capacity expansion (OCE), immediate array availability with background initialization, support for RAID 0, 1, 0/1, 5, 0/5, and JBOD - serving all your RAID needs. This card is compatible with all your network operating system environments including Windows 95/98/Me, Windows NT/2000, RedHat and SuSE Linux, Netware, SCO Unix and FreeBSD.
- Adaptec's intuitive Storage Manager Pro software - simplifying RAID storage configuration and management. RAID cards installed in one or more servers can be configured and managed remotely from a single client workstation. When additional capacity is required, existing arrays can be expanded - eliminating the cumbersome task of having to backup, re- create arrays, and restore data. This provides convenience, flexibility, and maximum server uptime.
