When she awakes, she believes she is Rebecca Ryan, and begins living all the glamour, suspense and romance of her favorite authoress. Tom Conti is engaging as the man who tries to convince her she’s living in a dream world and Giancarlo Giannini adds enough mystery to make it all very real indeed. This bright, whimsical, light-hearted story is for the romantic and dreamer in all of us.
