When a special girl named Lizzie is chosen to live in the castle, she discovers the garden and is determined to save it. She sneaks away from the watchful eye of her guardian Miss Sowerby (Academy Award® nominee, Joan Plowright) and runs off with the key to the garden door. Once inside, even with the help of a few friendly animals, she still can't solve the garden's mystery. She realizes that she must break all the rules and follow her heart to bring life and magic back to the Secret Garden.
