The large inverted T door which zips down the center creates a large opening for easy entry and exit and the mesh vent in the rear wall allows ample ventilation. A free-standing design and a durable, waterproof coated polyester floor allow the tent to be used outside or inside and makes cleanup easy. 2 shock corded fiberglass poles and pole pockets makes set up quick and easy. A 50"x50" footprint means a lot of interior space for several children and their toys. Baxter's 40" center height makes for a lot of play room inside. Baxter is made from flame retardant 170T 450mm coated polyester for durability and safety. The tent comes complete with storage bags for the tent, poles and stakes.
