Data-Portable 350 Enclosures lets you add any 3.5" IDE ATA100/133 Hard Disc Drive using your computer's FireWire port. The Data-Portable 350 Enclosure has a FireWire (IEEE 1394) interface supporting transfer rates up to 400 Mb/sec.
The Data-Portable 350 makes it quick and easy to add multi-gig storage to your Mac or PC. It is ideal for storing MP3 tunes, compressed video, digital pictures, games and backup data. The Data-Portable 350 includes support for 48 bit addressing, required to access the full storage capacity of the newest large hard drives. The Plug and Play interface makes installation easy. The Data-Portable 350 is also hot swappable – no need to power down your PC to install or remove it. The ultra compact design of the Data-Portable 350 Enclosure requires very little space and, for your convenience, can be positioned vertically. A fan is included to keep your hard drive cool.
Included with the Data-Portable 350 enclosure are one universal AC adapter, one FireWire cable, two vertical stands, hardware required for hard drive installation, and one 110 VAC cable.
