Description
In the early 1960s, rock 'n' rollers Eddie and the Cruisers score with one hit album. Amid their success, lead singer Eddie Wilson dies mysteriously in an automobile accident. Years later, a reporter decides to write a feature on the defunct group, which prompts a former band member to begin a search for the missing tapes of the Cruisers' unreleased second album.
Eddie and the Cruisers II: Eddie Lives
While his songs enjoy new popularity, Eddie decides to try music again with a new band and starts on the inevitable road back to stardom.
