Description

It is the fruit fair at the Isthmus of Tehuantepec. At this time, beautiful Lupe is wooed by an out-of-towner sailor Juancho, by native Tehuntepec Ramón and by the elderly Don Atanasio. Lupe corresponds to the sailor, but he must leave for a period of time. Since Juancho never comes back, Lupe accepts Ramón promising she’ll marry him. All of the sudden the sailor is back. Ramón understand that the young lady is in love with the sailor. Sadly, he lets go of her. Lupe and Juancho assist happily to The Zandunga.
