Author: Randy W (12/02/2006) The case's clip system was missing a key piece. (Customer support was very good about assisting me in getting a prompt replacement from the manufacturer!). After less than two weeks of intermittent use, the clip on the back of the belt actually fell off (leaving a circular hole in the leather case itself.) In total, the case's useful "life" was less than a month.
