The Scenic Railway operates out of Capital City - not far from where you live.
In the downtown yard, you'll lash up the muscular SD 40's while the yardmaster gets your train ready for today's trips. Looks like you have a busy day ahead!
Leave the yard at a crawl and poke along the business district. Like other cities near you, Capital City is a large metropolis with heavily-detailed buildings and expansive switching yard.
Nudge the throttle forward as you cross the long bridge and meet the roaring Thunder River for the next leg. Today's schedule has you driving to pickup and dropoff at Capital City Intermodal Facility, Evergreen Steel and Hillside Lumber and more!
It's hard work, but there are benefits to this job. The Scenic Railway line runs through the most beautiful part of the country. The tracks parallel the mighty Thunder on the way to Crystal Lake which sits behind Behemoth Dam. Further on you'll travel "up the hill" as you reach the mountainous terrain and MidValley.
