The Duoserve TimeFlow™ 2008 Server is the only punch clock product that runs as a background service. Most punch clock systems require the administrator to manually run the server software component every time the computer is shut down or restarted. The Duoserve model is to reduce management time and that's why the Duoserve TimeFlow™ 2008 Server runs automatically in the background, even if you are logged off! Automated actions, such as off day accruals and midnight checkouts, run as soon as your server is powered on.

Employees can use the punch clock portion of the application to log their times by typing in their pin or password and clicking one button. Administrators can also use this interface to administer employee and timesheet records through a secure login. In addition, employees cannot tamper with their times as the time source of the application is based on the Duoserve TimeFlow™ 2008 Server.

Although the punch clock software does not require that you have an internet connection Duoserve TimeFlow™ 2008 now works over the Internet! At the administrators discretion employees can use the punch clock application either from the same location or from a remote facility or even their home. Managers have the flexibility to administer the Duoserve TimeFlow™ 2008 Server from any Client machine and can also gain access, to reports and timesheets, remotely.

Professional grade reporting allows administrators to get interactive, clear and concise reports. Added security is achieved by displaying the IP addresses for each in and out entry. Reports can be exported to various file formats such as PDF, HTML, CSV, RTF, and many more. They can also be emailed with the click of a button.
