| Why We Offer Such Low Prices |
| It may seem odd that we are able to charge such low prices for the products we sell and still stay in business, especially considering many of our competitors offer the same products at much higher prices. Being a small business, we are able to easily keep track of expenditures, never spending more than we have, ensuring that every time we spend a dollar we make a dollar. We don't spend wastefully on unnecessary luxuries or waste money on services that will require extensive employee resources. We keep all of our operations as streamlined as possible, regularly improving upon our ordering and customer notification systems to improve ease of use and the speed at which orders can be processed. We also eliminate the overhead cost of fraud by reviewing every order before actually charging a credit card, merely requesting authorization for a funds hold with each customer's card issuing bank until the order is ready to ship. We also never spam our customers. Someone has to explicitly request and then verify that they want a subscription to our newsletter. The only other emails we send out are related to orders customers have already placed. We are still a small company and hope to continue our growth over many years as we strive to offer ever improving customer service. We hope that by offering great products and services we will gain the confidence of customers. These customers may in turn help to generate more business by recommending our company to their family and friends. |
