This document contains the Shipping Policy of nuLime.com in which we outline our standard shipping procedures, requirements, and restrictions.

In an attempt to assist you with understanding this Shipping Policy, we have certain words.
If you move your mouse over these words and wait for a second or two, a small box with a definition should appear to better explain the meaning of that word.
Although we have tried to make this document as clear and understandable as possible, we do realize that there is some lawyer and technical speak that most non-lawyers may not be familiar with.
We hope this small gesture helps those who read this document get a better understanding of its content.
Order Fulfillment & Delivery Rates
Order processing is usually completed within 24 hours of placing your order (72 hours on weekends).
Depending on where you live, your shipment will usually arrive between two and eight business days after your order is processed.
We do not and cannot guarantee that the shipping carrier will make the delivery in the time they estimate, and we are also not responsible for their failures to do so.
Some products may be
and will specify their individual construction and delivery times on the product page itself.
Please refer to the table below for typical approximate shipping times

Alaska & Hawaii
Standard: 3-8 business days
5-10 business days
Expedited: 2-3 business days

Delivery times to APO or FPO locations and U.S. territories, commonwealths, or protectorates cannot be estimated.
Delivery of Backorders and Pre-orders
Shipments on backorders and pre-orders are estimated.

Shipments to the Non-Continental U.S.
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. commonwealths or territories may have an additional shipping charge of $3.00-$10.00 for Standard, $15.00-$30.00 for Expedited, or $40.00-$50.00 for Express deliveries, which will be added to your final shipping value upon checkout or after your order has been reviewed.
If the additional charge must be added when your order is being reviewed then you will be contacted for permission before this is done.
Some products cannot be shipped to certain U.S. territories or commonwealths such as Puerto Rico, Guam, etc. Products which can be shipped to these locations will note that in the product's Can Ship To field on the product page itself.
Some shipments may require a certain form of delivery. This will be noted on the product page and in your shopping cart during checkout.
For instance, certain
may require shipment via Express delivery.
There are a few exceptions where we cannot ship to P.O. boxes, so a standard shipping address may be required.
If you submit an order that cannot be shipped to a P.O. box we will contact you to request a different shipping location.
Some products may be too large to ship to a P.O. box or overseas. The approximate shipping dimensions can be found on most product pages.
On most orders we can ship to
locations, but please contact us beforehand if you have any doubts.
Products which cannot be shipped APO/FPO locations will often state this in the
Can Ship To
field on the product page.
In the event that an order or product on an order cannot be shipped to an APO/FPO, you will be offered the choice of shipment to a different location or full refund.

With the exception of most APOs and FPOs we do not currently ship to locations other than the United States and some of its territories.
