Solution All purchase orders must be approved in advance, so please submit a ticket or email before placing an order. The reason for this is so that we can confirm quantity and availability of the products being purchased. You must also register an account in advance of submitting your purchase order: http://www.nulime.com/register.php

If you wish to submit a purchase order, please note that we require payment from a reputable company, school, or government entity. If you pay by credit card online you can enter your purchase order number during checkout, which will show up on the invoice emailed to you automatically when your order is filled.

If you need an invoice faxed to you for payment, please let us know. If you wish to fax your order to us, please fax it to 704-353-7030.

Please fill out and either mail, fax, or email the following form to us:

On this form should be the terms of payment you are seeking: Credit Card, Payment Upon Delivery, Net 15, Net 30, Net 60

Please note that if payment is received over 30 days past the due date of your payment terms, you will be billed an additional amount of between 1 - 5% of the total for each 30 day period late (up to 20%).

To get your total, including shipping, simply add each product to your cart and update the quantity, then select your shipping method. Shipping to AK, HI, an APO/FPO, or internationally may require higher shipping costs than initially published, and we will let you know if there is a price increase.

Once your purchase order is received we will fill and ship the order usually within 1-2 business days, depending on product availability.
