Solution If your product comes with a manufacturer warranty (and most do) then the manufacturer can usually process a return for replacement efficiently and directly with you. The necessary information for doing a warranty covered return can usually be found on an info sheet included in the box of the product you purchased.

If you cannot find warranty information included with your product, then please check the product page on our web site for the information. If the details are not there, then ask us and we will provide you with the information needed to process your warranty return.
