 Making a purchase by mail
Solution Payment via money order or purchase order is allowed by prior permission only, so please contact us beforehand if you require the use of this payment method. Specific details on purchase orders can be found here: http://www.nulime.com/support/kb15

Your payment by mail must include the cost of the total quantity you wish to purchase along with the cost for shipping. To find the total due, add the items to your shopping cart and select the shipping method you desire.

For orders under $50.00 a handling fee of $1.00 will be applied to your order total, so include this extra $1.00 if your total is under $50.00. All money orders must be drawn in US funds from a US bank and made payable to nuLime.com. All mailed orders must be paid for with either a money order or certified/governnent/school check. Your order will be approved 1-3 business days after we receive the money order or certified check.

To order through the mail please first contact us by support ticket or email to be certain everything is available before you send in an order. After that, you need to register an account: https://www.nulime.com/register.php

Please fill out and either mail, fax, or email the following form to us:

On that form please specify if you want Standard, Expedited, or Express shipping. Include the amount for the requested shipping method with your total.

Again, please first contact us by email or phone to be certain you have the right order total and that the products you are interested in are still available for sale.

If your item is not in stock upon receipt of the money order, you will be contacted by email or phone and given the option of waiting for the product to come back in stock, or you can simply have your money order returned to you. We cannot hold inventory for any products ordered through the mail.
